This page explains what information this application collects, how it's used, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to every account registered on this site.
This is a tool for eBay sellers to manage their own orders, inventory, and packing slips. After you register an account and connect your own eBay seller account, the application syncs your unfulfilled orders and active listings from eBay so you can view them in one place and print packing slips.
Account information you provide: your email address and password. Your password is never stored in plain text — it's run through a one-way hashing algorithm (scrypt) before it ever touches the database, so we cannot see or recover it.
Store branding you provide: your store display name, your eBay store URL, and the message you choose to show on your packing slips.
Data synced from your eBay account, only after you connect it: order details needed to fulfill sales — buyer name, shipping address, the item purchased, price, quantity, and shipment tracking number — and your active listing details, such as title, price, quantity, watcher and view counts, listing URL, and images.
Your eBay connection itself: the authorization token that lets this application act on your eBay account on your behalf. It's encrypted before being stored, and used only to make the API calls described above.
Solely to operate the dashboard for you: displaying your own orders and inventory, generating your own packing slips, and — for features we may add later, such as identifying trading cards from photos or suggesting listing prices — using your own data to assist you with your own listings. We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not build any kind of profile from it beyond what's needed to run the features above.
We share information only with eBay, through eBay's own official APIs, strictly to read and act on your own account's information at your direction. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
Passwords are hashed with a modern, industry-standard algorithm rather than stored directly. eBay authorization tokens are encrypted at rest, separately from the key used to secure your login session. Every account's data is isolated from every other account at the database level.
You can disconnect your eBay account at any time from Settings, which immediately stops any further syncing.
If you close or delete your eBay seller account directly with eBay, eBay automatically notifies this application, and we delete the order and inventory data that had been synced from that eBay account. Your login to this site is not affected by that process — only the data that came from eBay is removed.
To delete your account on this site entirely, or to request a copy of the data we hold about you, contact us at the address below.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information beyond an internal account identifier, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
This application is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
